SNTS Membership

Membership into SNTS is through a nomination and election process. SNTS members are to follow the guidelines found here in nominating members and associate members.

Membership into SNTS is through a nomination and election process. Since the 75th General Meeting in 2021, SNTS has two forms of membership. In addition to the traditional one, the Society has introduced Associate Membership as a pathway to full membership.

Membership to SNTS in both schemes is based on the nomination of two full members of the Society from different institutions. Every year, each member of SNTS can nominate up to 2 members in each category, that is, 4 in total. The two nominators, of which one functions as the primary nominator and the other as seconder, fill in the appropriate form and submit it to the Assistant Secretary before the deadline indicated for each year. Please note that for reasons of data protection, SNTS can no longer provide a full list of its members.
